I wanted to email you and thank you for the bartenders you sent out to my function on Saturday evening. I have had numerous compliments about them both on the evening and this morning. They were super efficient and professional yet friendly and engaging and to quote one of my guests “made me feel like I was a regular visiting my local pub”.

It’s been an entirely pleasant experience working with Urban Tonic from start to finish. Even though I had budgetary constraints and logistical issues (delivery dates changing), you were so willing to accommodate us and deliver exceptional service. Outdoor Eventing

Thank you so much for a fantastic event on Friday evening at Groote Schuur. It was the first time I have worked with urbantonic and it was superb. As I mentioned to Grant on the evening, it was one of the most professionally run events I have worked at! It was also a huge pleasure working with Megan in the run up to Friday so thank you to her for all the behind the scenes organizing!

Grant was fantastic on the evening – it was a pleasure working with him and it’s definitely the least I have had to do in terms of running an event at Groote Schuur! He was able to accommodate all of my and my guests last second requests without batting an eyelid (that I could see) including last minute seating adjustments and a whole table deciding to be veggie! The waitering staff were extremely friendly and outgoing!

The Oudekraal evening was stunning and exactly what the client was looking to achieve. The ‘WOW’ factor was a big thing for Steve and I am confident to say that he was not disappointed. Even with the mist rolling in I appreciated the fast & efficient way the Bedouin staff quietly pulled down the sides of the tent without guests realizing what was going on apart from suddenly feeling a bit warmer! Service was excellent so please thank all the hard working waitrons for a job well done.

I was a bit worried that the Stables event was going to be overshadowed by the amazing set up at Oudekraal the night before but at the end of the day you could not compare the two and both were so different to each other and everybody loved the set up inside the marquee. I had a lot of guests come and tell me what a great bar area it was!!!

I am writing to commend one of your staff to you. Just before Christmas a wedding was held here at Kersefontein, which was, as in February last year, under the aegis of Wedding Concepts. The guy in charge was Andrew. He worked extremely hard during the prep phase of the wedding, and on the day itself, and that despite being ill with flu. It was impressive, the attention to detail, organising the staff, the grind of mundane matters, dealing with the usual shit from guests, and just putting in the manual labour. I feel that you should know that Andrew’s efforts were noticed and much appreciated.
