Whether you are needing catering, AV and technical specialists, or a marquee we can handle the communication with these suppliers and make sure we bring the best in the business on board.



Since starting out two decades ago with just a few trestle tables and basic glassware, Urbantonic has grown significantly. We now have two warehouses packed to the ceiling, offering a range of premium event furniture as well as cutlery, crockery, glassware and kitchen items. Our extensive inventory is comprised both local and quality imported lounge furniture, bar structures, cocktail and café seating.

Since almost the very beginning, Urbantonic has provided full bar services to the eventing industry. We have a range of brandable bar structures and equipment to suit the look and feel of any event, as well as a variety of beverages. From soft drinks to locally sourced wines and imported whiskeys, we’ve got an extensive range to choose from.

We can supply you with our skilled barmen and mixologists to dazzle your guests and provide them with mouth-watering cocktails. We can do anything from themed gin bars to tea and coffee stations and provide you with all the necessary glassware for any of the above services.


When Urbantonic first opened its doors in 1998 our main focus was staffing. While we have grown significantly in so many other areas, we have maintained our vision of supplying the industry with the most skilled staff.
