We also have an extremely talented décor and styling team who come up with most imaginative concepts to suit your theme. If you are in need of guidance they will happily suggest a look and feel they believe will suit your event.


Urbantonic offers a wide range of bar units. From modern cocktail, chic antique, tropical tiki to even a plain and simple back of house service bar. We provide beverages charged on consumption served by our highly experienced barmen. The supervisor on site will oversee the stock levels and ensure we never run out of anything.


Our in-house staffing department provides a top team of individuals from around the Western Cape. We have a large staffing team of friendly and well-trained floor managers, waitresses, waiters, barmen and porters. Our team is rich in cultures and nationalities and this young team provides the human element to our brand. Our staff are put through our in-house training programme and have to pass a written and practical test before we let them participate in any event.
